Luke's 2!

Yesterday was Luke's 2nd birthday. This whole blogging thing started because of the complicating pregnancy with him. I can't believe my baby is two years old. Time flies!!!!

For his birthday we had a small birthday party for him. Not much of our family's could come so Haley and Emmy took it upon themselves to invite two of the neighbor boys. Grandma and Grandpa Jaffa came with Uncle Caleb and Grandpa Paul was still in town so he even showed up to wish Luke a happy birthday.

Luke was so excited with all of his presents. He kept screaming with joy, even if the picture doesn't look like he's happy, he is. He was so excited to get a train and some Thomas cars, and also some airplanes. His friend Harbor even showed up with a little people bus.

We practiced blowing out candles earlier in the day so that he would do it when it came time for the real thing. He liked blowing out the candle and then watching the smoke. He didn't care to blow out his candles when it was time for the real thing, but oh well.

The rest of the pictures on this post are thanks to my brother Caleb. It seems like most of my pictures came out blurry but his turned out great, so I got them from him.

He got this new car and has enjoyed "washing" it today. And driving it around the house.
