Fun in the snow & Christmas Catch-Up

Here are some pics from our annual Christmas dinner and gift exchange at the Jaffa's. This was December 23rd.

There were of course many more celebrations and many more pictures taken, and if we get to them, we'll post more. Haley got our old digital camera for Christmas and has been filling the memory card with pictures and videos, so one day soon we'll let her post a blog entry. Haley and Emmy also got new snow clothes and gear, and have put them to good use, as we've had one of the snowiest Decembers I can remember.

The snow has come in increments of about a foot at a time, and with our new larger driveway, the pile on the side has gotten to be about five feet tall. So I got out the shovel and built the girls a snow cave to play in (carefully!)




And of course, Haley loves to make snow angels. This one's pretty good too.
