Baby's first haircut

We gave Luke his first haircut this morning. I think it's still cute, although it is very different. It's going to take some getting used to for everyone... especially Robyn. He didn't enjoy the process at all, but he was relatively calmly sobbing, not screaming or screeching through the entire process like I was afraid he would.
