Going to the circus

Usually my kids drive me to the proverbial zoo, so in the spirit of reciprocity, we decided to take them to the circus. We met at the Gateway for dinner, then headed over to the Delta Center to watch the "Circus of Dreams." I'm sure it was really geared more towards the youngsters, but it was quite entertaining in parts anyway. I spent a good deal of it in the concourse getting goodies, making Luke a bottle and having him "urp" it all over me, and finishing my first Michael Crichton book. It was really good. :) They didn't let me bring my camera into the Delta Center, because it "has a removeable lens"... what's up with that? There were millions of smaller, but just as nice if not nicer, cameras in there. Dumb. Anyway, here's pics from before and just outside the circus until I had to take my camera back to the car...
