Our Independance Day

Nothing like a little celebrating on July 4th. We started the day at the largest parade in the state, in Provo.

Starting with a little cotton candy is always good.

Noisy fire trucks with loud sirens...

and loud law enforcement motorcycles...

make kids have to plug their ears just to enjoy the parade!

Of course, the parade did have more tolerable and traditional components too, such as...

marching bands...

big balloon creatures...

cool old cars...

horses...

and kids with flags...

... and of course, grandma.

And no Fourth of July would be complete without the requisite fireworks...
